About Me

My name is Katerina, I was born in 1986, and I have been practicing yoga since 2015. The personal benefits that I have felt from this practice are incredible. Physical, mental, and emotional benefits allowed me to live my life in peace, being more calm and relaxed. So without haste, and need to run through life, live in the present, and appreciate every moment.

My first contact with this ancient Indian technique was in the Canary Islands and continued at Rishikesh, India’s Anadi yoga teacher school. To this day, I continue with my practice, always learning and sharing with others wherever I go.
Yoga taught me to be more patient with myself and others, allowing myself to be me without the limitations of my mind and society and accepting my vulnerability without thinking that it means being a weak person. On the contrary, feeling means living.

The balance that this discipline has brought in the lives of many people is unbelievable. Hence the need to share my knowledge and experience with you.

My curiosity for massage started not long after my first yoga classes. Being in this world allowed me to meet people who are dedicated to massage. Receiving one of the best massages in my life and understanding how a movement/pressure of a specific part or muscle can release and help our physical body so much was why I learned different techniques of this discipline that have already helped many.

On my second trip to India, I learned a massage that involves the marma technique, shiatsu, Thai massage, and Ayurveda massage techniques. Several years later, I continued learning and took a course in Ibiza in Holistic massage, expanding my knowledge in this area.
